We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.
SHIPPING: We do not mark up our shipping, our cost is what you pay. Many of our products require special handling due to size or weight, but we do our best to ship items together if possible.
Shipping EDGO, ALT, ECAP and all hinges require a special handling charge of $5.00 to $8.00 for the shipping container. We will do our best to combine your order to minimize your cost. Shipping will run anywhere from $15 to $30 regardless of how many pieces you order. Cost will vary depending on where it is being shipped.
Shipping to a business address will cost you less than a residential address.
You will receive an email with your total shipping charges and be asked to log back in to pay for shipping separately. If you have any questions, DO NOTcomplete your order. I will see your order as abandoned and contact you with a shipping quote.
There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any cancelled orders to cover the cost of credit card transaction.
If this is your first time using the website you will need to register for your order to appear. To register you must have at least one item in your cart. Select Proceed to check out and pay for your items. You will receive an email with instructions on how to pay for your shipping. At that point you will need to log back in and pay for the shipping through a separate transaction. This is very easy to do and it is all done to save you money.
